Наш клиент, растущая B2B дистрибуционная компания, которая сейчас перестраивает коммерческую организацию, чтобы выделить продажи в отдельную экспертизу, отдельно от продакт-менеджмента. Компания работает через федеральных дистрибьюторов и розничных партнёров, дистрибьюторов и т.д. Директор по продажам возглавит команду численностью около 20 человек, включая Key Account Managers и региональных менеджеров по продажам, в рамках трёх дивизионов продаж, организованных по клиентским сегментам.
